Download the "Healow" app from the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). Tap "Get Started." Enter our BBAGDD (provided by our staff) or use the "Find My Doctor" option to search for our clinic.

The healow patient portal provides you with direct access to important aspects of your medical record, including:

  • Lab Results

    View your lab, imaging, and pathology results as soon as they are available. 

  • Visit Summaries

    Access summaries from your past appointments.

  • Medication List

    Keep track of your current medications, dosages, and instructions. 

  • Immunization Records

    View your vaccination history. 

  • Allergies

    See a comprehensive list of your documented allergies. 

  • Health Trackers

    Connect compatible health tracking devices to upload and monitor your personal health data (e.g., blood pressure, glucose readings, weight).

  • Personal Information

    Update your demographic details  (address, phone number, email) directly through the portal.

Important Notes 

  • Security: Your privacy and the security of your health information are paramount. Healow is HIPAA compliant and uses advanced encryption to protect your data. 
  • Emergencies: The Healow patient portal is for non-urgent communication and information access only. DO NOT use the portal for medical emergencies. In case of an emergency, please  call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. 
  • Accuracy: Your Healow information comes directly from your electronic health record. If you notice any inaccuracies, please  inform your healthcare provider at your next appointment so they can be corrected in your medical record.
